Going crazy over Character Art

​Hello, my peeps! I am so excited about today’s post. Because it involves artwork and cover design, and The Xiphis Saga. Three things I love and adore. I know, I share all these things more often than not in my blog. But today is especially great because I have FINALLY found a way to put my vision of my characters appearance into reality.

​I was seeing so many writer friends showing off their character art and could figure out if they were drawing the artwork themselves, if they had commissioned the art, or if they were using an app. I could have commented and asked them to tell me how they did the art, but I was wimp and didn’t. But I finally got my answer when a writer friend of mine actually shared the app link in her post. I clicked that link so fast.

​I believe most of the world has heard about ArtBreeder, but its basically a free app where you can mix and match images and create your own art. It can be anything from portraits to landscapes, anime characters and more! Yes, there is also the upgrade to premium which allows you more image downloads in the month, instead of just five. But I have found a way around this limitation using Pinterest.

I have many other artwork ready for my other characters, but these I thought were most important to share. I will definitely be sharing another post for some other characters.
