My Writing Space

Please take note: I wrote a bucket of blog posts and scheduled them all in the event my younger brother uses all of my highspeed hotspot again. xD

Everyone has a writing space. Until a few weeks ago, my space has always been my bed (which is currently on the floor because I don't have a functional bedframe), or the dinner table until I get kicked off.
Many authors will refer to their place to write as the "Writing Cave". I use this phrase a lot when I am updating social media. Or when I am alerting my family that I will be writing and do not wish to be interrupted.
Although, living in the large family that I do ... interruptions are a given. Comes with the territory.

I recently, and finally, bought myself a desk. I have not owned a desk in my entire life. Never one I could label as "MY DESK". I assure you all, it was so organized the day I assembled it. But all authors and writers will agree to this: We tend to spread out with all our necessary writing materials.
What is new from the writing cave? Apart from that amazing paperback you see as my motivation ... I'm trying to get Book 2 moving. I'm struggling. I know I need to revisit me general outline. Again.
I have some chapters written. It's just been difficult to keep a steady writing routine and rhythm with this sequel. I have mentioned before that I am not the best at writing sequels. But the Xiphis Saga requires follow-up books (its a trilogy after all) and I have intentions to stick to my plans. I know I will push through.
That is all for now. I hope you're all well. See you in the funny papers.
